Wildlife Removal Prices

We can only give prices over the phone, but below we’ll give you some idea of what you’re getting into.

The common truth is people want a cut-and-dry “we’ll do this for this amount,” but the world of wildlife removal is never so simple. Each situation is different; each animal is different. The cost to remove a few squirrels that just moved in probably won’t be the same as the cost to remove a colony of squirrels that have been living happily in your attic for a few months or longer. What’s more, where the animal is located, the type of building, and the amount of damage present will also impact the bottom dollar.

Why are there some companies who are less expensive? This is an easy one to answer: we don’t cut corners, and we don’t make bargains that compromise service. When we remove nuisance wildlife it is removed for good, and this means doing all the necessary repairs and cleanup post-removal. Because we come to your home and do things the right way, you’ll never have to see us again. Not all companies can say that. They may come out, charge less, but then have to return several more times because the problem has returned.

With that all said, can we give you an estimate of what to expect? Sure, just realize these prices are not set in stone.

Raccoons In Attic

Raccoons are tricky and can be difficult to remove. Most situations involve an adult female and a litter of baby raccoons–which can be hidden anywhere in the walls, etc. The nest must be removed, and the mother humanely trapped. The entire process requires multiple service visits, and then technicians must locate and repair entry holes, which have usually severely damaged the home. The attic might need cleaning, and damage to ducts, insulation, etc might be necessary. The total job might range from $300 on up for a complete solution.

Rodents In a Building

This is another potentially complex situation. Rodents are excellent at finding tiny openings in the exterior of a building, and the problem will never be permanently solved until all possible entry points are sealed shut with steel. Rats and mice can enter through very small holes, including plumbing lines, roof pipes, and any area they can chew through. They must all be trapped and removed, and this requires multiple service visits. Depending on how bad the infestation was, the building could require cleaning afterward. The total job might be $300 on up.

Simple Ground Trapping

This service is primarily used for nuisance wildlife outside of the home. If you need nuisance animals trapped and removed, we will likely charge a service call visit to come to the property and set up the traps. The traps will need to be monitored, the animals removed and driven to relocation points, or euthanized and cremated if your state law requires it. Even these simple jobs take several service visits, and the animals must be dealt with after capture. The total job might be $200 on up.

Dead Animal Removal

This may seem like one of the simple things our technicians deal with, but finding a dead animal can be difficult due to air currents in a home. Technicians usually end up crawling through the attic, under a house, etc. In many cases, the animal must be cut out of a wall, and the area repaired with professional materials. Cleanup and deodorization is also part of the job. The total might be $150 on up.
